Absolutely love this new Pilates studio! The vibes are amazing and the aesthetic is beautiful—such a calming and inspiring space to work out in. The instructors are fantastic; they really pay attention to each person and offer helpful modifications to improve your form. It makes a huge difference! So happy to finally have the first Pilates studio in the area. A much-needed addition to the community!

Very happy with my experience! Employees were very welcoming, the space itself was super aesthetic and the workout was tough! I’ve been exposed to heated mat sculpt Pilates, Lagree, and traditional reformer Pilates and this one set itself apart from the rest! It was the perfect balance of mindfulness to correct your form and focus with an upbeat instructor but quiet music. Would totally go again!

So excited to have found this gem right in Homestead! Instructor/owner Christina and instructor Tiffany have been phenomenal! The studio is clean and inviting and the instructors really care about form and technique while remaining encouraging and positive.
